As an example of an ICS planned event, we recently provided a client with a chateau for an evening, full catering/canapes followed by a hot&cold buffet, lighting and live entertainment, extra tentage, all of the wines and champagnes, security personnel for the name guests invited, 3 stretch limousines, 4 luxury coaches running a shuttle service from Cannes&back, floral displays. For the 650 guests who attended , the cost, per person including our management fees and all of the necessary staff was under $100 per person.
